We are back on Thursday evenings from 6pm – 7pm at Fife College, St. Brycedale Campus

Please remember to bring your water bottle and enthusiasm for these fun interactive sessions to refresh those skills and enjoy these social fun games for both women and men aged 30 plus.

Also, open to those who need to get back into shape or recover after an ailment or injury.
