Hi Folks.

Last year, Club Captain (and Men’s player) Logan, arranged a prize draw for a new pair of basketball shoes for 1 lucky winner. The event was won by, then, U14s player Igor Staniz. We are looking to bring the event back again this year at the Festive Fun Session on December 17th.

Open to all, though kind of pointed at the older groups (try and get some longevity out of these new shoes….small folks feet grow quick), we’ll be selling tickets for the draw at £10 a go. Each ticket will get you two chances to be picked out. We will limit ticket purchases to 2 max though don’t expect interested parties to buy more than 1 ticket anyway.

When drawn the winner will get to name any new set of basketball shoes they like from any store online. The club will cover a maximum of £100 but the winner is free to look for a more expensive pair as long as they can cover the difference. Once specified we’ll get the shoes and hand them over as soon as they are delivered.

We will need a minimum of 10 tickets sold to run the draw in order to cover ourselves.

*Even if you are not coming to the Festive session you can still claim a ticket by replying to this news article or with a message in the chat or speaking to the coach at session (though there are few of those left before the break). Gav or some other committee will confirm and come hunt you down for your tenner 😅
