Fantastic News

Fife Today have published this week, our achievements of being selected by the Scottish Council of Voluntary Organisations ( SCVO) as one of 10 Voluntary Organisations as an Essential Sector, supporting their local community.

Fife Steel Basketball Club were the only sports club selected from over 1500 applicants, from over 46500 voluntry organisations in Scotland, representing what fantastic work we do in Kirkcaldy and Central Fife.

We were selected back in June 2023, where we were given some media training from the SCVO, to film various aspects on how our Club delivers the sport of basketball to our community.

Iinvited in November to attend the Premier at a Red Carpet Event at the EICC in Edinburgh at the SCVO Annual Gathering.
